Help Desk - Refunds and Returns

The hardcover book I received appears to have poorly cut page edges, should I return it?

This is an ornamental style of printing and is not a printing fault. It is known as a 'deckle edge' or 'rough-cut' book.

Deckle edge is when the pages of a book are intentionally made to look frayed and "unfinished", usually to give the book a more aged feel.
